Returns & Exchanges

All product concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Product will only be accepted if prior notification and approval has been obtained from one of our service representatives. Product must be returned to us in original packing. For product exchange, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Returning non-defective item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
