Shipping Policy

Teapot Zen ships with United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service, unless requested otherwise and normal delivery time is 7 business days from receipt of your order.

The Teapot Zen loose leaf teas, tea samplers and tins - if ordered with any of our teaware - might be shipped separtly and arrive earlier to ensure freshness.

If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. We won't charge you until your item is shipped.
